Plants
Mad Mountain have a fully stocked greenhouse full of a large variety of medicinal and culinary herbs, permaculture plants, flowering pollinator plants as well as vegetables and edibles. We have a large range of chilli plants from the common to the rare and unusual, mild to extremely hot and are always adding new varieties.
All of our plants start from organic seed planted in our special mix of seed raising soil, tenderly cared for then hand planted in larger pots and transferred to our large greenhouse. From here our plants are ready for sale. We use only organic fertilisers that we make ourselves and we don't force our plants to flower or fruit early as some nurseries do as our goal is that we provide hardy, healthy plants that will survive once transferred to your garden or pots.
You can pick up our plants at any of our local markets listed on our about us page or the Tyalgum General Store. If you would like a walk through our greenhouse please contact us and we can arrange a time and date that suits. we also offer local delivery for large orders over $100 or pickup from a designated spot such as murwillumbah showgrounds.
